Jumping into the Deep End

I don't have to tell you that stepping into a new chapter is both scary and exhilarating. Pretty sure it's a universal fact of adulting.

If you'd told me one year ago that I would be about to start offering COACHING?? I'd have laughed at you. Said there was no way I could do that. What could I even offer to help others???

Yet here I am.

This year taught me how to face fear and heal it. Not fight it, not be swallowed up by it... Accept it, acknowledge what it's illuminating, and heal it.

This year gave me practice in being my own safe place. That no matter what's going on around me, I can be myself and share the light I carry.

And it taught me how to stop shrinking. To see my value, to hold space for myself, and to recognize that my 35+ years of life have taught me so much that would help others... so how can I withhold that?

I found my voice. And I want to use it.

So here we go.

I am proud (and scared af) to share that I now offer business alignment coaching. I don't even have a web page set up — that's how new this is. But I'm not going to wait until I have the website ✨perfect✨ or feel "ready" this time; I'm jumping in the deep end.

My heart is to work with entrepreneurs who can tell that alignment is missing in their business, but they aren't sure where. Perhaps your vision for the life you want to live has shifted, and your business doesn't support that shift. No matter where the alignment is missing, I'd love to help where I can, so please reach out if you'd like to chat!

This is what I'm meant to be doing. I'd love to share the journey with you.

Journal Exercise

Take a few deep breaths, preferably while sitting, and let yourself settle. Ground yourself by noticing how your body feels as you lean into the support of whatever you’re sitting on.

Now think about if there is anything you’ve been wanting to do, dreaming about doing, but haven’t taken the leap. Think of something? Great, now ask yourself: “What is holding me back?”

Journal whatever comes to mind.

And finally, I want you to use the 5 Whys method — ask yourself “Why” five times, writing down each answer as it comes to you. Don’t be afraid to dig deep here. You might just find freedom and the permission to finally go do that thing.
